This was such a perfect location, exactly what we needed for a relaxed stay away from home. The manager and staff were so kind and welcoming. I honestly could have hung out and talked with them all night, it felt like home.

Breakfast excellent - hotel sourced quality bacon, sausage etc and plenty of it. Plenty of good strength tea! Justin and Jack jovial at all times. Nothing too much trouble. Bedroom supplied with ample tea, coffee and milk. All very comfortable.

Owners are amazing, super friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast very good too. Nice spacious room and a decent view of the sea too which is always nice when centrally located! Bar being open on the weekend was nice too :)

The hotel was east to find, right on the seafront at the Northern end of the promenade. We were met on arrival by the owner and helped to our room. The room was functional and clean if a little dated in décor. Tea and coffee makings were available so everything was good. Parking was available in the small car park to the front of the hotel and it appeared that plenty of parking spaces were available in the surrounding roads. Overall it was a great place to stay as we visited friends in the area.

Close to all amenities 5 minutes walk The beach is Wright opposite the Hotel. The bed was very comfortable, nice hot shower. Could park on the side road. This was the 2nd time I stayed in the Gable end hotel, and I will do it again.
